With her light lyrical soprano, flexible vocal mobility and her beautiful timbre, Elin Skorup has in a short time become a sought after and appreciated singer. Recent and future engagements include both Mahler's Symphony No. 4 and Mendelssohn's Lobgesang, the latter with Andrew Manze and the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra. Operetta debut as Valencienne in The Merry Widow in Malmö and baroque opera at Confidencen in the role of the violent warrior princess Palmida in Wilhelmina von Bayreuth's Argenore. A set that goes on tour to Malmö and Copenhagen together with the renowned Camerata Øresund in the autumn of 2022.
